The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme (BSCCS) is a student-friendly loan scheme launched by the Government of Bihar under the “Mukhyamantri Nishchay Yojana”. It provides an education loan of up to ₹4 lakh to students who have passed Class 12 (Intermediate) and wish to pursue higher education.
